Vail Ski Biking

Ski biking is a fun, new, hilarious winter sport that combines skiing and biking. If you can ride a bike you can ski bike. Ski-bike rentals and instruction can be found on Vail Mountain at Adventure Ridge. If you are an intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder looking for a new thrill, you have got to try this. Ski biking is just what it sounds like: a bike that is equipped with skis (rather than wheels) is mounted and rode down the mountain. Of course, for safety purposes, ski biking is only offered after the lifts have closed, and activity is chaperoned by professionals. Fairly new to the snowsports scene, ski biking can be exhilarating and fun.
